Dr. Mohammad Qamar Akhtar is an experienced Emergency Medicine Physician with over 11 years of expertise in modern medicine. He completed his MBBS in August 2013 from Government Medical College, Miraj and has been a registered practitioner with the Maharashtra Medical Council since then.

He has worked extensively for 5 years as a Resident Medical Officer, primarily in the Department of Emergency Medicine, across several reputed hospitals.

Dr. Akhtar successfully completed the DNB in Emergency Medicine from Yashoda Hospitals, Secunderabad in June 2021. During this period, he also passed all three steps of the Membership of the Royal College of Emergency Medicine (MRCEM) and was awarded the MRCEM title in July 2021.

In September 2022, he cleared the FRCEM Final SBA examination and is currently preparing for the FRCEM Final OSCE to obtain the full FRCEM certification from the Royal College of Emergency Medicine, UK.

He is also pursuing the Fellowship of Academic College of Emergency Experts (FACEE) under INDUS EM, with expected completion by December 2025.
